Dispatch of goods – UK
Open Edition Prints
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days by Royal Mail 48 Tracked. Prints shipped to UK addresses should be received within 2-3 days of dispatch, including Saturdays.
‘Today We Remember’ Collector’s Frames
Dispatched within 2 working days via an express parcel delivery service, to UK addresses only.
Canvas Prints
Our hand signed canvas prints are printed and manufactured to order in the United Kingdom and can take up to 14 days to be dispatched. They are sent via Royal Mail 48 tracked and signed for service and, and prints shipped to UK addresses should be received within 2-3 days of dispatch, including Saturdays.
Signed Limited Edition Prints
We aim to dispatch your order within 7 working days of receipt. We use express couriers to deliver limited edition prints which should arrive at UK addresses within 2 working days of dispatch (not including weekends). Packages are fully tracked and will require a signature on delivery.
Jacqueline Hurley Scarves & Umbrellas
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Your order is sent by Royal Mail 48 Tracked and and goods shipped to UK addresses should arrive within 2-3 days of dispatch, including Saturdays.
Please note:
The Royal Mail will not consider any package as ‘lost’ until 10 working days after the due date. If your order has not arrived by then please inform us by email, remembering to include your name and order number in your message, and we can take the matter further.

BFPO addresses - checking out your order (information we need)
UK shipping costs apply to Prints and Boutique items despatched to HM Forces at BFPO addresses wherever they are in the world.
Please note, we do not ship the Collector’s Frame (which has a glass panel) to addresses outside the UK owing to the potential for breakage
To ensure you are charged correctly, and that your package reaches its destination without delays, there is a specific format required for entering a BFPO address into our checkout form:
- In the box for First Name enter the Service / Staff Number (if available)
- In the box for Last Name enter the full name of the recipient
- Country – select United Kingdom (UK)
- Address line 1 – enter the company / unit / regiment / department
- Address line 2 – use as necessary or leave blank
- Town / City – enter the BFPO number (e.g. BFPO 57)
- Postcode – enter the appropriate UK-style postcode allocated by the MOD especially for online purchases, they start with BF1 or BF2 (e.g. BF1 2AT); a list of the postcodes can be downloaded at www.gov.uk/government/publications/british-forces-post-office-locations
Overseas orders
All print prices shown on this website include UK tax (VAT) at 20%; local taxes will be removed at the checkout if the order is to be shipped to an address outside the UK.
Dispatch of Goods
Goods are shipped by Royal Mail International, fully tracked to the delivery point for peace of mind. Royal Mail aim for 3-5 working days delivery to addresses within Europe, 5-7 days Worldwide.
Please note: overseas customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees due once the item arrives in their country.

Limited Edition and Ready-to-Hang Canvas prints are larger and heavier than Open Edition prints and must be shipped overseas by ParcelForce Worldwide with tracking; we make a charge of £30 for the first print, plus £10 per additional print.
Jacqueline Hurley Scarves & Umbrellas – £14 for the first item, plus £4 per additional item.

Generally covering countries in North America (excluding the USA), South America, and in Africa, the Middle East, the Far East and South East Asia:
Open Edition prints – £16 for the first Open Edition print, plus £1.50 per additional print.
Ready-to-Hang Canvas prints by ParcelForce Worldwide with tracking; £40 for the first print, plus £10 per additional print.
Limited Edition prints are larger and heavier than Open Edition prints and must be shipped overseas by ParcelForce Worldwide with tracking; we make a charge of £30 for the first print, plus £10 per additional print.
