Very many thanks for your purchase from the Jacqueline Hurley Boutique.
While we’re sure you’ll love your order, to make a return for a refund or exchange you will need to follow the instructions and refer to the Terms and Conditions set out below.
We will only accept returns if notified of a problem within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If you are unable to return the goods to us before the 14 day period has expired, you need to let us know your intention to cancel the order within 14 days of receiving it. To do so simply email email@example.com
Condition of Returns
Scarves must be returned unused, unwashed, and with all/any labels attached and gift packing intact. We ask that when trying on your scarf you do this when you are not wearing fragrances or make-up to avoid leaving marks or scent.
Umbrellas must be returned unused, and with all/any labels attached and gift packing intact.
No item will be accepted if it is returned to us in any condition other than that which it was dispatched in.
How to Return an Item for Refund or Exchange
When returning an item, please select a returns code from the list provided on the letter accompanying your purchase and write it on the Delivery Note included in your order. The Delivery Note displays your name, address, order number and channel reference.
- Returns for Refund – please send the unwanted goods, together with the Delivery Note marked with the returns code, to the return address below.
- Returns for Exchange – please send the goods for exchange, together with the Delivery Note marked (i) with the returns code and (ii) marked clearly with the exchange you wish to make.

Please note that return postage will be at your expense unless you received a faulty item or incorrect order. Refunds for return postage of faulty items or incorrect orders will be paid at the standard rate of The Royal Mail Large Letter 2nd Class Signed For service.
To ensure safe delivery of your return, we recommend you send it via a tracked and signed for service as we cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us. Please ensure the goods are well packed in the original packaging.
Provided goods are sent back to us in accordance with the above Conditions of Return, POSH Original Art Limited will refund your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. We are only able to make a refund to the payment method used to purchase the goods.
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your goods to request an exchange. Upon receiving your returned goods, we will send you the replacement items within 14 working days.
Please return the goods you wish to exchange to the address shown, and in the manner described, adhering to the above Conditions of Return.
